All cases are billed at the rate of $425 per hour, including preparation, pre-mediation telephone conferences, hearing or session time, and all necessary follow up.  A five hour minimum will generally apply, as well as a nonrefundable administrative fee of $150 per party.  Travel time may be charged if agreed to by the parties.  Per diem rates may also be arranged.

An initial bill for a retainer in an amount estimated to cover the mediation fees to be incurred will be due and payable not later than ten (10) days after scheduling.
